Jenny has over 15 years’ experience as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist, having qualified from King’s College London.
Jenny trained and qualified as an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist in 2019, recognising the wider, detrimental impacts these common habits could have on a patient’s oral, and overall, health. Jenny has been providing Myofunctional Therapy ever since, gaining extensive experience in treating children and adults alike, including complex cases.
Jenny has a special interest in working with children to promote healthier habits. She is passionate about promoting early intervention and preventing general health and dental concerns later in life. She has witnessed the profound difference that Myofunctional Therapy can have on a child’s quality of life and growth patterns – as well as the positive effect this can have on the wider family.
In addition to her role as a Myofunctional Therapist, Jenny is a certified Myo Munchee practitioner and has also undertaken further training in:
• Neurolinguistic programming
• Lactation support (Association of Breastfeeding Mothers)
• Primitive reflex integration
• Comprehensive frenulum inspection
• The Myobrace System
