You can make appointments by:
Our clinicians follow guidance to ensure that you attend as often as needed to ensure your teeth and gums are kept healthy. Examinations and Hygiene appointments can vary between 3 – 12 months depending on your home maintenance.
A deposit is required in advance to confirm your appointment. This deposit secures your booking and ensures your time slot. Either your full appointment fee or £250 per hour is required for each appointment. Please make sure to complete the payment to finalize your appointment.

To provide the highest quality of service to all our patients, we rely on your cooperation. Missed appointments and short-notice cancellations result in lost surgery time and disrupt our ability to see patients in pain. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 2 working days in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need.

Please note that non-attendance and cancellations with less than 2 working days’ notice, unless due to a valid reason, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
An appointment is considered to be a failure to attend if any of the following occur: The patient fails to show up for the appointment, 2. The patient appears more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, or 3. The patient cancels or reschedules an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment (weekends are not taken into account).

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we evaluate such cases individually at our discretion.

New Patient Examination, hygiene, and Emergency Appointments: Full payment is required when booking.

Treatment appointments: We require a minimum deposit of £250 per hour or 50% of the total treatment fee to confirm your appointment. This deposit is transferable or fully refundable if you provide at least 2 working days’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If no deposit was taken, a fee of £250 per hour of booked clinical time may be charged to schedule future appointments.
Please note, that if you miss two check-up appointments within a year, fail to attend one treatment appointment, or have two late cancellations, we reserve the right to decline any further appointments. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensure availability for patients with urgent needs.

We offer courtesy reminders via email, SMS, and telephone for all appointments. If you have opted into this service, we will contact you to remind you of your appointment. We aim to send SMS and email reminders 48 hours in advance, and telephone reminders 24 hours in advance. If we are unable to speak with you directly, we will leave a message on your voicemail, if available.

Please ensure that you regularly check your emails, including spam folders, as well as your SMS messages and voicemail. It is crucial that you inform us of any changes to your contact information to ensure you receive your reminders.

Keep in mind that while we provide these reminders as a courtesy, it is ultimately your responsibility to diarise your appointment and attend your appointment on time. If there is any issue with the reminder system, it is not a valid excuse for missing or being late to your appointment.
